Our furnace repair was handled quickly and professionally. The technician was polite and left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. The price was less then getting a diagnosis on my car. Only $425

Raji one of their Heating Consultants came by our house today to provide an estimate for Installing a Heatpump. He was extremely prepared, had researched the house upfront with rough understanding of what we already had in place before showing up. He reviewed our existing Gas Furnace, its age, our electrical and desired location for a potential new install. Unlike other sales folks I who have visited, he had a balanced view, not aggressively trying to sell us the most expensive option they could offer, he provided multiple options, listed the pros and cons, offering a pragmatic view towards which accounted for our existing infrastructure and budget. I received the result I hoped for, efficient heating and cooling, done right.

We recently purchased a 4,000 sq ft home in Novato,CA. Both the gas heating and air conditioning systems needed to be replaced and large sections of duct work needed to be replaced as well. We engaged Contra Costa HVAC to install (2) Lennox Elite EL296V gas furnaces and (2) Lennox 16 SEER Condensers. The installation team consisted of three very hard working, knowledgeable and highly skilled field service technicians. Alex was our team lead. Over a three day period, they disassembled and removed the old units and installed and tested the new systems. The quality of the workmanship really shows in the welds, alignments, configuration and aesthetic appearance of the wrapped and insulated units. We were pleased with the consideration given in adjusting air-flow to provide comfortable heat and cooling throughout the house. We would recommend the services of Contra Costa HVAC to others without reservations.

Manny and Fausto did an amazing job replacing a new heater and ac unit at my house. They were extremely polite and professional. They explained me everything they were doing. When done Manny explained the whole unit all the bells and whistles. Showed me how to operate the new touch screen thermostat. In all I'm extremely satisfied with the work and the professionalism that Manny and Fausto did on our unit. Had such a positive experience with the installation of my new Lennox heating and air conditioning systems. It started off with the lead introducing himself, Danny, and his co-workers, Fausto and Abdul. They were all extremely professional and respectful of my property and cleaned up daily when they left the job. They are also very hard workers, never taking breaks except for lunch. Had a Lennox furnace installed 2 years ago and decided to add AC this year. Installation was done in 2 days and crew was very professional. We ran into a problem though since the AC water pump wasn't turned on properly so there was quite a bit of water damage to the 1st floor ceiling. I called and the next day the office arranged for someone to come out and take a look. Another crew was dispatched to inspect everything and fix the damaged drywall. Wasn't exactly the smooth experience I wanted but nevertheless I'm impressed that the company spared no expense in fixing the flaw and ensuring that we were happy with the results. I think how a company acts when things aren't perfect tells you a lot more than when the install is clean. Definitely would recommend these guys.

Had the best experience with CCH&AC! From start to finish they were extremely communicative, friendly and accommodating to all my requests regarding schedule. And on the day of install, it was the same. Not only did I have great commmunication with the office personnel but it was kept going with the qualified men who came out to perform the work. They kept me gave me an explanation of what they were doing throughout the whole process and never once did I question their skill. I'm sure they have lots of great installers, but I think I lucked out with the 2 most wonderful guys ever, Oscan and Jairo! They ran into a couple of obstacles and never got frustrated. On the contrary, they went into "let's-figure-this-out" mode and in no time they were on their way out the door after completing a perfect installation in under the anticipated amount of time anticipated to do the job - AND - with leaving not a trace of debris behind! I would HIGHLY recommend this company for many reasons, but since communication, quality-of-service, and cost are on the top of my list, I'd have to say you just can't go wrong with these guys! I'm very satisfied and admittedly I'm a "teency bit" hard to please...lol

We recently had a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner installed. Despite some challenging issues relating to the layout of our home, where access to power and the furnace are not easy, they were able to overcome each challenge one by one. It all started with Tommy Rojas the sales person. He is very pleasant to work with and not 'pushy' at all. He listened and offered cost-effective plans that included quality equipment that fit our budget. After we agreed on type of equipment Tommy arranged the rest of the work flow from arranging for the duct removal (asbestos) to installing the new ducts and equipment. Next was Alex and his team who did the actual work of installing the ducts and equipment. Alex and his crew were very respectful and made sure to keep clean our flooring as they proceeded to remove the old equipment and install the new HVAC. They went beyond expectations because they did small repairs not necessary to the HVAC replacement, they cared about fixing small things such as the door to the HVAC closet and provided extra air filters. Once HVAC installation was completed and functionally tested, Alex made sure to explain the operation of the new thermostat, equipment and answered all our questions. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend the services of Contra Costa Heating & Air Conditioning. Big thumbs up to Tommy, Alex and his team!!
